Common questions
How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → Delete account, at
the bottom of the tab. It removes your account and its data straight away and cannot be
undone. It also takes you out of every group, along with every check you published to one;
a group you created is handed to its longest-standing remaining member rather than being
deleted. It does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that separately in
your device’s subscription settings.
How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are billed by Apple.
Manage or cancel from the Profile tab, or in Settings → your name →
Subscriptions. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next
renewal.
Can I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy,
not by us. Request one at
reportaproblem.apple.com.
What happens to my videos? The clip is sent, whole, through our own
server to Google’s Gemini API, which is what produces the form check. It passes
through our infrastructure in memory and is stored nowhere on our servers — there
is no bucket for it, and it is not kept after the analysis. A clip you record inside the
app carries the sound recorded with it, and that goes too. What we do store is the
written result. See the Privacy Policy.
Who can see my form checks? Nobody, unless you publish one to a group.
Groups are private and joined with an invite code, publishing is per check and off by
default, and switching it back off removes the check from the group. Members of a group
you publish to see your display name, the score, the activity, the date and the written
report — never your video or your photo. A workout plan you write for a group is
read by that group too, under the same display name.
How do I report or block someone in a group? Tap More on
any check in the group feed, or press and hold the check — both open the same menu:
Report, Block, and — on your own check, or on any check if the group is yours —
Remove. A workout plan someone wrote for the group carries the same three actions.
Blocking works both ways and takes effect immediately, and it hides their plans as well as
their checks. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content or end the account
behind it where our Terms have been broken. To have a block lifted, or to report
