These Terms govern your use of the Formly app by Formly AI Inc. By using Formly you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use Formly. By using the App you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

• AI form analysis of uploaded videos and photos
• AI coaching chat for training and recovery advice
• Personalized AI-generated training plans
• Progress tracking and analytics

3. Health Disclaimer

Formly provides AI-generated fitness guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You assume all risk associated with following Formly's recommendations.

4. Subscriptions

• Free tier: limited analyses and coaching, no payment required
• Pro Monthly: $12.99/month
• Pro Annual: $69.99/year

All paid plans include a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. Manage subscriptions through your App Store settings.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal or harmful content
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or security
• Do not reverse engineer the App
• Do not upload videos of others without their consent

6. Intellectual Property

Formly and its content are owned by Formly AI Inc. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to process it to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Formly AI Inc. is not liable for injury, damages, or losses resulting from use of the App or following AI-generated advice.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime via settings or by emailing contact@formlyai.app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
